When the Florida Gators last took the field, Loucheiz Purifoy?s block and Jelani Jenkins? 36-yard return for a touchdown gave the team an exhilarating 27-20 win against Louisiana-Lafayette.

That play aside, most of the game was a series of underwhelming performances and costly injuries. Quarterback Jeff Driskel sprained his ankle and is out this week.
